question: Do you have to water down the paint before applying it to the card, and about to what ratio/consistency?

answer: yes i do water down the paint. I can't tell you about the ratio/consistency: my english is not good enough to explain it clearly :\
But I can tell you to add a little bit of water for the first layer, and more for the 2nd, 3rd layers (and more and more).
